Chilli flakes are crushed and dried chillies. Chilli flakes often contain small pieces of the dried chilli skin, plus the dried seeds. Just as with chillies themselves, chilli flakes will vary in heat and flavour.

चिली फ्लेक्स में मिर्च को कुचलकर सुखाया जाता है। मिर्च के गुच्छे में अक्सर सूखे मिर्च के छिलके के छोटे टुकड़े और सूखे बीज होते हैं। मिर्च की ही तरह, मिर्च के गुच्छे की गर्मी और स्वाद भी अलग-अलग होंगे।

INGREDIENTS:- Chili flakes, red pepper flakes, and crushed red pepper flakes all refer to the same type of product: a condiment/spice that is made up of dried and crushed whole peppers (seeds and all). From what I’ve been able to tell over the years – red pepper flakes can often be made up of a combination of different peppers.
