Arwa Rice is an exclusivity of Bihar – Jharkhand. It is a short-grained rice exclusively grown in Bihar. It has a unique Aroma and Taste. It is majorly used for preparing Kheer, however, it is also cooked and served in other forms. It has a high content of proteins and carbohydrates.
