Dhaga Mishri, also known as rock sugar or thread crystal sugar, is a traditional Indian sweetener made from crystallized sugarcane juice. The primary ingredient is sugar, traditionally derived from sugarcane (ganna) or the sap of the Palmyra palm tree (Taad ka ped).
