MOONG DAL LOOSE 1KG

Moong dal is the split version of whole mung beans also known as green gram (with or without skin). Yellow mung dal or yellow lentils is without skin and split green moong dal is with the skin. Except for the cooking time, using split mung dal is the same as using the whole green gram.

मूंग दाल साबुत मूंग का विभाजित संस्करण है जिसे हरे चने (छिलके के साथ या बिना) के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। पीली मूंग दाल या पीली दाल छिलके वाली होती है और हरी मूंग दाल छिलके वाली होती है। खाना पकाने के समय को छोड़कर, विभाजित मूंग दाल का उपयोग साबुत मूंग दाल का उपयोग करने के समान है।
